INCINERATORS FOR SOLID/LIQUID WASTE DISPOSAL :

Hazardous waste disposal is becoming a big problem and threatening our Environment. To protect the environment from high risk toxic waste matter, safe and reliable incineration systems are vital.

ANU UDYOG incinerators are used to solve the problem of Hazardous toxic waste generated in Hospital waste, chemical process waste, pesticides, Insectisids, dyes and bulk intermediate included waste wafer & waste. The waste is biologically non degradable due to toxic compounds, high COD/130D and very high dissrived solids.
 

Incinerator should be installed for the following purpose.

  • Low space requirement against conventional treatment.
  • Waste volume is reduced below 10% in case of high inorganic salls and volume may be less than 5% in case of very high organic waste.
  • It eliminate health, fire and toxic hazards.
  • Ash produce is acceptable for land filling as per the provision of Haxardous waste Rules, 1989.
  • It operates with into no smock, no odour, no hazard and free from environmental Pollution.


TYPES OF INCINERATORS :

ANU UDYOG offers following types of incinerators:
Solid Waste LPG/ HSD/ LDO/ ELECTRIC
Liquid Waste Fuel fired type where any fuel like Natural Gas / LPG / HSD/ LIDO / Diesel is burnt to assist combustion of waste.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION FEATURES :

2/3 STAGE COMBUSTION CHAMBER
The incinerator is designed for loading the waste water directly from the front nozzles In the Primary chamber a burner maintains around 800 C chamber a temperature while in the Secondary chamber a temperature of minimum 9000 C is maintained for complete destruction of waste.

EXTERNAL WING
The exterior casing of the Incinerator os constructed from 6mm thick steel plate and reinforced with angles and channe is internally ns well as externally.

INTERNAL LINING
Inside Brick work is formed with 225/375 mm thick high alumina fire bricks.
 

STACK
10 Mts. for Solid waste.
15 Mts. for Liquid waste,

POLLUTION CONTROL
ANU UDYOG Incinerator is of well proven design. The unit is designed to meet stringent clean air requirements as per EPA

BURNERS
The burners are fully automatic ignited or manually, Gas or oil fired and include all necessary safety interlocks These are with jet atomiser producing short but intense flame. Burners are provided in Primary chamber.

CONTROL PANEL
A control panel is supplied with the incinerator. The system operators in manual modes. The control switchesm, Indicating lamps and time control are included, making the system user's friendly, simple ON /OFF push buttons are provided for start of operation

TURN KEY SUPPLY
ANU UDYOG manufactures complete incineration systems which are fully assembled in shop before dispatch. Thereafter, site installation work requires minimum time, All unit are supplied on Turn key basis with site installation and commissioning, ANU UDYOG also provides technical expertise for trouble shooting and after sales service and parts.
